1. Program description
Spectrum Law Firm Miami PLLC, operating publicly as Spectrum Law Florida, provides general conversational and informational text messages used to answer inquiries, provide appointment-related information, and provide support relevant to a prospective or current client’s communication with the firm. The program is not authorized for advertising or sales messaging.
2. How to opt in
Users opt in by voluntarily texting PLAN to +1 (888) 959-8264. Merely providing a telephone number, submitting a form, scheduling, emailing, calling, or having a business or attorney-client relationship does not enroll a person. Consent is not a condition of obtaining legal services.
3. Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on communication needs. Message and data rates may apply.
4. Cancellation
Reply STOP at any time to end informational text messages. After STOP is received, an opt-out confirmation may be sent where supported, and no further text messages will be sent unless the person later provides a new affirmative opt-in by texting PLAN again.

6. Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier and device availability.
